Jordanelle Reservoir fills the horizon from the balcony and the bedrooms here, making mornings in this Park City townhouse hard to rush. Inside, soaring ceilings and a fireplace give the living space real warmth after a day on the slopes, while ski racks and boot warmers mean gear is always ready to go. Deer Valley East Village is less than one mile away, with a complimentary winter shuttle right at the door – and the Jordanelle Express Gondola within the same distance, opening up the wider mountain beyond.

Home truths:
* This is a new development, and the surrounding neighbourhood is still being built. You may hear daytime construction noise during your stay.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the double sofa bed in the fourth bedroom. Although this room isn't photographed, you can expect the style and quality to match the rest of your home.
* Bedroom three has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people. We think it works best for children.
* You'll want a car to get around comfortably – Historic Main Street is just over 10 miles away, Salt Lake City airport is 42 miles out, and while the complimentary ski shuttle handles slope access in winter, a vehicle gives you the most flexibility year-round.
* There's free parking for up to four cars across the driveway and garage.
