* While the home can sleep up to fourteen people, the maximum occupancy is twelve guests.
* There's a security camera positioned above the garage.
* You'll have access to the on-site community hot tub and community pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* The community pool is seasonal, so if you're visiting outside the summer months you won't have access to it – though the hot tub runs year-round. Pickleball paddles aren't provided at the courts, so pack your own if you'd like to play.
* While the Jordanelle Express chairlift is about a mile away, the main Deer Valley ski area is nearly ten-miles from the home.
