This peaceful home located in Hampton Bays makes the perfect place for a group of friends or family to immerse themselves in coastal living. With plenty of great space both inside and out, and easy access to the area's famous beaches, you're guaranteed to make some lasting memories here.

The house has been recently renovated, and you'll notice there's a distinctly tranquil atmosphere throughout. The living room is comfy and cosy, perfect for sipping cocktails and catching up with your guests. Through in the kitchen, you can get to work whipping up some tasty dishes when you get hungry – or head outside to the garden and fire up the barbeque. You'll also find your very own swimming pool, where you can cool off when the mercury rises, and some sun loungers that invite you to flop down with a good book and a cool drink.

Drive across Ponquogue Bridge, and you'll find a choice of excellent beaches perched on the Atlantic Coast – just grab some towels and enjoy a day by the ocean. Golf fans can pack their clubs and practice their swing at the local course, just a fifteen-minute drive away. And, if you fancy trying some watersports then you're in luck – Hampton Bay offers jetskiing, paddleboarding, and kayaking for adventurous visitors.

*The pool is usually available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day – if your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please ask if it will be available for use prior to booking
