Step outside and you're four hundred metres from the cathedral, with Plaza Nueva and the Alcaicería well within walking distance – tapas bars and Andalusian restaurants are practically on the doorstep.

* The first bedroom has two single beds that are joined together to make a king-size double. If you'd prefer them arranged separately, it's worth checking with your host before you arrive.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
* You're in the heart of Granada's historic centre on a traditional street, so some ambient city noise – foot traffic, nearby bars – is part of the experience, especially in the evenings.
