While away the afternoon with a board game or two by the fire, then fire up the grill and rustle up your favourite barbecue dishes as you gaze out at the spectacular scenery.

If you fancy getting out and about, there are plenty of hiking trails at your fingertips, not to mention a whole host of attractions on Gatlinburg’s main strip which is just two minutes away by car. *The single bed in the second bedroom is only for children – there's also a tiny pull-out bed that can sleep an additional child, although it would be a squeeze
*There's free covered parking for up to four cars or two larger trucks here – you'll need a car in this location
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair, as well as fireplace guards and safety gates, at no additional cost
*There's a ground-floor bedroom for those with reduced mobility
*A dedicated desk is available if you need to catch up on some work during your stay
