You’ll find this farmhouse near Capitolo and just a short stroll from the beaches. Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, it’s a peaceful spot to soak up the slower rhythms of Puglia while still being close to the coast. Inside, there are two living areas with fireplaces and two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for spreading out, or coming together. Outside, a covered terrace, a wood-fired oven, and a barbecue offer the ultimate spot for leisurely lunches or just soaking up the sun. We especially love the versatility here – the home can be split into two independent units, making it a great fit for practically any group dynamic.

Home truths:
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep in one of the living areas, which can be converted into a fourth bedroom with two single sofa beds on request. With two kitchens and separate living spaces, there’s still plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a bit of extra privacy.
*The farmhouse can be divided into two self-contained units, each with its own entrance, kitchen, living space, and outdoor area – handy for larger or multi-family groups travelling together.
