Close to Kingley Vale Nature Reserve, this annexe makes it easy to head straight out into the South Downs on foot. The setup is simple and self-contained, with a private garden and a small zen corner that works well for a quiet coffee or a book. You’ve got a local pub, farm shop and a well-regarded restaurant within easy reach, plus a vineyard just down the road for tastings. Chichester and Goodwood are both around a ten-minute drive away, while West Wittering’s beach is about twenty-five minutes by car when you fancy the coast. There’s also a bus stop just outside with direct routes into Chichester if you’d rather not drive.

*This home is in a village, but a car is needed to make the most of the area. There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.

*The ceiling in some areas is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests.
