It sits at the western end of the pretty fishing village of Polruan, near the historic block house, but within a short walk of the shop and the quay with its pubs, and the ferry to Fowey, with its shops and restaurants There are also a huge choice of beautiful walks and easy access to kayaking, paddleboarding and wild swimming. Simons Lookout is on the coast path with some stunning beaches within walking distance, including Ready Money Cove in Fowey (via the Ferry) and Lantic Bay along the coast path.
