If you’re not exploring the area by kayak, boat or paddleboard, you can rent bikes and go by land. The home is Floridian ranch-style – pretty as a picture and all on one level. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining room is a social spot for the group to gather inside and there’s an additional breakfast nook for morning coffees. You might prefer to dine on the patio outside, though, in the near-constant Florida sunshine.

*This home is all on one level, so it may suit those with limited mobility.
*At capacity, four guests will be on two double sofa beds – one in the dining area and one in the living room. Please note that this would be quite a squeeze.
*For those working remotely, there is an office space here but it is within the main bedroom.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Having a car is recommended and there is private parking. There is also a private dock to get around by boat, kayak or paddleboard.
