The outdoor kitchen and built-in barbecue make it easy to keep evenings poolside. When you do venture out, Fort Lauderdale Beach is an eleven-minute drive away, and Las Olas – the neighbourhood's main strip of restaurants and shops – is within walking distance.

* Parking here is limited to three or four vehicles depending on size, and all cars must stay on the driveway – street parking is not permitted and vehicles parked outside the property will be towed by the city.
