Take in breathtaking views over the property's park and distant vineyards from the large living room and bedroom windows; here, you'll see that Mother Nature works hard to stay vibrant, whatever the weather. From the games room to the home study, library and lounging areas, finding a quiet corner for taking precious moments of solitude or fun-filled socialising couldn't be easier. Meanwhile, with so many perching spots inside and out in the garden, you'll find plenty of opportunities to unplug, unwind and reconnect with nature. Outside, a stone walkway leads to a large lawn area with beautiful trees and flowers, providing the perfect setting for romantic alfresco meals and refreshments in the sunshine.

Outside, amid the 1-hectare park surrounding the villa, you'll also have access to the Club House. Here you'll find the swimming pool, a sauna, a grass tennis court (which can also be transformed into a five-a-side football pitch) and an abundance of open-air space for games, sports and activities. Just a few minutes from Fontanile, Mombaruzzo and Nizza Monferrato, enjoy the convenience of the local village amenities, shops and eateries – all within short driving distance.
