If you’re looking for a fantastic address in the heart of Florence, then this apartment is ideal. Many of Florence’s historical sites and cultural attractions are a short walk away, including the Duomo, the House of Dante and the Uffizi Galleries, to mention just a few. A variety of shops, cafes and restaurants surround this home, so you may hear some street noise here. The apartment itself has plenty of character features and vistas over the city from the living room (which also has a sofa bed). Another highlight is the small balcony with its views of the Duomo. 

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area, which may make the space a bit cramped.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the fourth-floor entrance of the home.
*The only bathroom is en-suite, so at full capacity, privacy will be lacking. Also, the bathroom is small and may not be comfortable for taller guests.
*Street noise can be heard from the living room in particular.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
