Serene Renaissance

Sightseeing is a breeze from this apartment in Florence. You can easily walk to landmarks like the Duomo and Santa Maria Novella, or visit the nearby Galleria dell’Accademia to admire Michelangelo’s David. With so much to see and do on your doorstep, you probably won’t spend much time at home. However, this practical pad has everything you need to get comfy. It could be cosy with the sofa bed set up, and the decor is a little lacking in character. But for a fuss-free stay in a great location, we think it does the trick.

Home truths:
*Although this apartment is on the ground floor, there are steps leading up to the front door. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The only full bathroom here is the en-suite off the bedroom. While guests staying on the sofa bed have access to a separate toilet, they’ll need to use the en-suite for showering.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*Parking in Florence can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible. There's a tram stop nearby and most of the main sights are walkable from here.
