Santa Croce Serenade

Perched on a pedestrian street just off Piazza Santa Croce, this Florence apartment puts you at the heart of one of Italy's most celebrated cities – with the Duomo, the Uffizi, and the Arno all reachable on foot. Back inside, the kitchen and living area form one welcoming space where a group can cook, eat, and unwind together after their adventures. There's a sofa bed for two guests, but we think it'd be more comfortable with a smaller group or those who plan to spend most of their time exploring the Tuscan capital.

* At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. We think the space may feel a bit tight with it in use, so we'd suggest a maximum guest count of four.
* The two single bedrooms are compact and best suited to children, teenagers, or adults who don't mind a smaller space. The main bedroom is comfortably sized.
* The apartment has an electric boiler, which provides around ten to fifteen minutes of hot water per shower – something to keep in mind for groups. It takes about twenty minutes to an hour to reheat.
* There's no lift here. You'll need to climb a flight of stairs of about twenty steps to reach this apartment.
* Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
