Many of the city’s must-sees – including the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza della Signoria – are within a half-hour walk, and Santa Maria Novella Central Station is just a stone’s throw away. The home itself boasts a private garden – the perfect spot for a morning espresso – and a Jacuzzi bathtub, where you can enjoy a relaxing soak after a busy day seeing the sights. While the kitchenette here is rather small for the guest count, with an choice of eateries in the neighbourhood, that needn’t be a dealbreaker.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*The Jacuzzi bathtub is in one of the bedrooms so privacy is limited.
*Access to the garden is through one of the bedrooms.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 7am.
*This home is near a railway, so expect to hear some noise from passing trains.
