Fermo Hills

A pool overlooking the hills, a wood-fired oven and the Adriatic coast within easy reach – that’s what makes this place work. It’s an easy setup, with shops close by, beaches about ten minutes by car, and Fermo’s old town just up the hill if you want something slower-paced. Back at the villa, everything opens straight onto the garden, so it’s easy to drift in and out during the day. The pool sits at the centre, with a shaded dining area and outdoor kitchen set up for alfresco meals. Inside, high ceilings with exposed beams keep things feeling open. The whole place is set within a private, fenced garden, which makes it a good option for families.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

*The second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed upon request.

*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.

*The swimming pool is only available for use between the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There is shaded parking for two cars here.
