Set in the New Town of Edinburgh, many of the city’s key attractions are within walking distance, making it a perfect base for those keen to drop off their bags and head out to explore. Ideally suited to a couple, this fuss-free home has everything needed for a comfortable stay and eateries and shops on its doorstep. Just bear in mind that there’s no lift here, so you’ll need to be able to navigate some stairs to reach this lower ground-floor level home.

*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from one locked cupboard in the box room.
*This home is set on a residential street – out of respect for neighbours, noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 9am. As such, noise levels are monitored here through a smart home device.
