Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in bedroom two. Bedroom four has a double-over-double bunk bed that's best suited to children, and bedroom five has a daybed and additional pull-out single bed that are also better for younger guests.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels — bath towels and linens from the home can't be taken off-site.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
