The grassy waterfront backyard opens onto your private dock, and when you'd rather have sand underfoot, a private beach access gate puts the Gulf's sugar-white shoreline less than a five-minute walk away. There's a polished feel to the interiors, and a second living area with a wet bar offers a natural evening retreat for smaller groups.

Home truths:
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Bedroom four has a double-over-double bunk bed.
* Your beach access gate is about a two-block walk from the home. There's no parking at the beach entrance itself, so you'll need to walk or drop beach-goers off on the way.
* You'll have space for two to three cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted in this community, so if you're arriving in a larger group with multiple vehicles, it's worth planning ahead.
* The wi-fi can be temperamental here. It might be worth bringing a personal hotspot device with you if you know you'll need to access the internet.
* The dock can accommodate up to two 30-foot boats and one pontoon, or a single vessel up to 60 feet. Be aware that trailer parking isn't allowed in the driveway.
