The half-timbering style pays homage to its heritage, but the rest of the design is contemporary. Layout-wise, it's quite quirky – the bedrooms have glass walls, the bathroom has two showers and two toilets, and two guests will sleep on the sofa bed. It's also on the third floor of a building without a lift. But the location is hard to beat. The picturesque Nyhavn waterfront is steps away. There's also a cafe in the courtyard downstairs, perfect for a laid-back coffee.
