Description Olmo in Bloom: Como

Set within a complex on the edge of Lake Como, this apartment combines a contemporary feel with one of Italy's most celebrated backdrops. The covered terrace is the natural heart of the stay, and the kitchen opens directly onto it, making cooking and eating outside second nature. A sauna and gym are available on-site for a fee. The neoclassical gardens are a five-minute walk away, and the waterfront promenade unfolds just beyond, with free parking on-site – a rarity in this part of Como.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* There's free on-site parking for one car here, a rarity in this part of Como – one less thing to plan if you're arriving by car. We suggest having one for ease, as the city centre is about a thirty-minute walk away.
* Before arrival, you'll need to complete an online check-in form, share passport photos for all guests, sign the tourist-use lease, and join a quick video call with the host to verify your documents.
