Set on the edge of Como, this apartment offers a comfortable base for exploring Lake Como. While the historic centre isn’t right on your doorstep, it’s still within reach – and having free private parking makes getting around that much easier. Back home, the space is simple and modern. It’s more of an elevated studio setup, with a cosy kitchenette, a spot to dine, and a comfortable bed to unwind after a day out. The building doesn’t have a lift, so you’ll need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the third floor – but we think it’s a fair trade-off for a relaxed stay away from the crowds.

*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the third floor.

*The ceiling in some areas is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests.
