Imagine being woken by the sound of the sea, tanning on your private terrace mere metres from the water, and walking just 100 metres to touch the sand. This villa near Syracuse delivers on all of the above. Its sprawling outside space is the showstopper here, but the interior doesn't fail to deliver either. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms ensure space and comfort for all guests, with the two doubles leading directly onto the terrace. Expect to spend most of your days soaking up the stunning views of the shoreline and direct access to the cliff and sea – well, that's if you're not off on an adventure to one of the charming coastal towns or beaches further afield.

Home truths:
*One weekly clean of the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms is included. Bed linen and beach towels are changed once per week. Bath towels are changed twice per week.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s a free parking space in front of the house.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and a high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The minimum stay here is seven nights between the 20th of December and the 9th of January. Between the 5th of July and the 29th of August, the minimum is five nights. It's four nights during all other times.
