Bamburgh is 4 miles away for visits to the Castle and great restaurants and shops and Seahouses lies between with a bustling harbour offering boat trips to the Farne Islands and visits to Holy Island and Alnwick Gardens and Castle are firm favourite days out. From the gravelled parking area there are two small stone steps up to the front door and into a hallway which leads directly through to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
