Ballintubber is a small village in Mayo known for Ballintubber Abbey. This quaint community is set against the Partry Mountains, ideal for walkers. Corley's Bar serves home-cooked meals and local ales, and a gas station and convenience store are nearby. Lough Carra, perfect for a stroll and picnic, and Moore Hall offer rich woodlands just outside the village. A scenic drive leads to Westport House and Saleen Lake. Castlebar is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. You can stroll or picnic in Mayo Peace Park and Castlebar Greenway. Rua Cafe and Delicatessen has sandwiches, salads, and pastries. House of Plates is a formal restaurant. With many restaurants and bars, you can relax after a day of sightseeing.
