*The villa is reached via a 1.5km unpaved, uneven approach road with uphill segments – a high-clearance vehicle is recommended, and some driving experience is needed.
*The swimming pool, which is shared with the villa's other guests, is only available for use between May and September. It isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find communal washing machines and dryers within the building.
