The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with a double oven-grill, 5 burner gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people and a sitting room with TV with Sky Movies and Sport, Blu-Ray DVDs, SONOS Beam soundbar which supports Apple Airplay and Spotify Connect, and a selection of books, games and local guides. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV with Freeview and DVD player and a twin with Freeview TV and DVD player, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a decked terrace with furniture and barbecue and a rear enclosed garden with raised lawn and furniture, as well as roadside parking. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. travel cot and highchair provided. One well-behaved pet welcome. Please bring your own bedding for the cot. There are spaces outside the building at postcode TR26 2RT which are owed by Cornwall Council and are managed on a first come first served basis. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Carbis Bay, a seaside community in St Ives, is well known for its stunning stretch of sugar-white sand beach. The beach has a subtropical feel to it thanks to the turquoise water and the shady setting, making it ideal for a lazy day at the shore. So if lying on the sand isn't your thing, you can always head over to the Ocean Sports Centre and rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard. Or, why not book a day at the hotel's spa, which boasts a stunning terrace where you can sip cocktails while taking in the sea views?
