A practical choice for families or friends sharing, the home offers two king-sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There's also a sofa bed in the living area if two guests would rather not share. One thing to note – the kitchen is equipped for breakfasts and lighter bites, but there’s no oven. Although with Cannes’ celebrated dining scene right on your doorstep, we doubt this will be a dealbreaker.

*There is free street parking outside the apartment. That said, parking in central Cannes can be tricky. We recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport where possible.

*While this home can accommodate two additional guests on the sofa bed, the maximum occupancy is four guests.

*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.

*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.

*As is common in France, the toilets are separate from the en-suite bathrooms.
