Being able to step straight from your building onto the beach is a pretty rare Cannes perk, and this apartment makes the most of it. The terrace looks directly out towards the Lerins Islands, with the sea close enough that you’ll hear the waves from bed at night. Morning swims at Mouré Rouge, coffee overlooking the water, sunset walks along the Croisette. The Palm Beach location is another big draw. You’re close to bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and food shops, giving the area more of a local neighbourhood feel than central Cannes. That said, the Croisette and Palais des Festivals are still within easy reach when you’re ready to swap beach days for something a little more glamorous.
