*The rooms are spread across two floors, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*In two of the bedrooms, the en-suite showers are open to the sleeping space, so privacy is limited.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*There's a dedicated office space here. If you need to catch up on work during your stay, you'll also find a printer and photocopier.

*While you can walk into Cannes from here, you may wish to hire a car to explore more easily. Free parking is available.
