Description Cannes in Full Bloom: Cannes

Set in the hills above Cannes, this villa is built around its garden – a lush, Mediterranean retreat with a pool, a poolside terrace, and a covered outdoor kitchen made for long, unhurried evenings. The living room opens directly onto the terrace, blurring the line between inside and out. Up on the rooftop, sea views stretch over the Cannes coastline. When you're ready to explore, La Croisette's palm-lined promenade is a twenty-seven-minute walk, with the Palais des Festivals and Le Suquet's medieval lanes not much further beyond.

Home truths:
* This villa is not set up for children or babies – your host has indicated it is not suitable for younger guests, so it's best suited to adult groups.
* Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms – the living room is not air-conditioned, so bear that in mind during warmer months.
* You'll have two private parking spaces on site.
