The bright, open-plan living space is great for laid-back evenings and has a kitchen where you can make breakfast before heading out. Step through the glass doors to discover the sunny private terrace, which has room for relaxing or alfresco meals. Upstairs, the third bedroom also has a desk, providing you with a quiet spot to log on if you need to catch up on work.

*Once your booking is confirmed, your host will be in touch to arrange a pre-authorisation for the security deposit.

*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the fourth floor. The apartment is also set over two levels – you'll find the third bedroom upstairs.

*While toddlers and children are welcome, this home isn't suitable for babies under the age of 2.

*The single bed in the third bedroom is tucked in an alcove beneath the eaves, meaning space is limited – it might be best suited to a child.

*As is common in France, one of the toilets is separate from the bathroom.

*The only full bathrooms here are the en-suites off two of the bedrooms. While guests staying in the third bedroom have access to a separate toilet, they’ll need to use the en-suites for showering or bathing.

*While you can get aroudn on foot, a private underground parking space is available if you do hire a car.
