A private terrace with a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna is a rare find anywhere in Cannes – let alone in an apartment sitting directly on the Rue d'Antibes, steps from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette. The terrace alone makes this apartment exceptional, and inside, six bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom means a group of twelve can spread out without compromise. The old quarter and the waterfront are on your doorstep, so days can begin with a stroll along the seafront and end with an alfresco dinner above the city.

Home truths:
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot during your stay. You'll need to request it in advance.
* Parking on Rue d'Antibes and the surrounding streets in central Cannes can be very limited. We recommend checking availability in advance or budgeting for a nearby car park.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
* In each of the bedrooms, two single beds have been pushed together to form a double – speak with your host before arrival if you'd prefer these set up as two separate beds.
* You're in the centre of Cannes on one of its busiest shopping streets – the location is fantastic for walking to the beach and restaurants, but expect some street noise, particularly in the evenings and during festival season.
* While there's a lift to access the entrance to this home, it's not suitable for those with reduced mobility, as you'll need to climb stairs inside the apartment.
