The South West Coast Path has spectacular walking routes in either direction and the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve also offers some lovely scenery. With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and days out could include visits to the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Issac, Rock and Padstow, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Although it is steeped in its rural past, the property is also equipped with many contemporary comforts throughout. Enjoy a charcoal BBQ with seating for all to dine alfresco after a day exploring the surroundings. You ll have plenty of storage in the outhouse for surfboards, body boards and wet suits. There is private parking for one car at the rear of the property.
