Description Seaside Whirlwind: Brighton and Hove

This much-loved home offers a fantastic location two minutes from the seafront. Hove's colourful beach huts are a short walk away, while Brighton Palace Pier is about a forty-minute stroll along the coast. The design is a tad dated, sure, and it could do with some TLC. Still, this pad is roomy and comfortable. Unwind on the chaise lounge or curl up in the window seat with a good book. Just note that you'll need to climb stairs here and that there isn’t a TV – we think it's worth it to be right near the sea.

*This is a lived-in home. Some of the decor is a little dated and it could use a little TLC. However, it's generally clean and the location is excellent if you're keen to be near the seafront.
*Given the age of the property, expect some creaky floorboards.
*There isn't a TV here – we suggest bringing along a book for downtime.
*This apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift. It's approximately thirty steps to reach the entrance.
*Please note that noise in outside areas isn't allowed between 9:30pm and 8am, out of respect for the neighbours.
