Snowflake & Firelight

Few ski condos let you glide home on the Four O'Clock Run and then stroll two blocks to Main Street's restaurants and bars – but this one does. The Snowflake Chairlift is roughly half a block away, and a free town shuttle stops directly outside the complex. After the slopes, a gas fireplace takes the chill off while the balcony frames mountain and ski slope views for anyone not quite ready to come inside. Seasonal access to the a shared swimming pool and hot tubs rounds things out nicely for a group that wants the full Breckenridge experience.

Home truths:
* The loft room can sleep up to four people in four single beds – we think it might be best suited to children.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool and hot tubs here. They're shared with the resort's other guests. The pool and hot tubs are off-site and close for maintenance from April through May and again from September until the start of ski season. Check with your host for exact closure dates before you arrive.
* You have one on-site parking space included, and you'll need to display the provided permit at all times. If you're travelling with a second vehicle, it will need to park off-site in a designated lot.
* If you're visiting between November and the end of May, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for navigating Breckenridge's mountain roads in winter conditions.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
