Surrounded by 9 acres of lush woodland, this Breckenridge home really packs a punch. Sweeping Rocky Mountain views are front and centre, visible from almost every corner – we can't think of a better backdrop. Outside, the expansive deck is made for summer barbecues. The hot tub is another crowd pleaser, as is the fire pit for winding down under the stars. Inside, while away the evening in the games room – complete with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball – or head into the meditation studio for a little yoga. With private hiking trails on your doorstep, skiing 3 miles away, and Main Street within easy driving distance, we think it's perfect for an adventure in any season.

*The fifth bedroom is in the loft. It has a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed. A second sofa bed is available in the lounge if needed.
*We suggest having a car in this location. Five parking spaces are available, including space in the two-car garage. Four-wheel drive is recommended between 1st November and 31st May.
*Your host provides a starter supply of essentials like dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, toiletries, and paper towels. There are stores a short drive away where you can top up on supplies.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
