Breckenridge Bolthole

Tucked away in the forest, yet just a twenty-minute walk from Breckenridge centre, this timber-clad home hits just about every mark for us. Set across a main house and a detached bungalow, it offers that extra sense of privacy while striking a balance between rustic and modern, fitting seamlessly into the Breckenridge setting. There are bunk beds for the kids to have their own space, while our favourite spot is the private deck, with a Jacuzzi waiting after a day on the slopes. For a change of pace, there’s plenty to explore in Breckenridge too, from local breweries and coffee shops to well-regarded dining spots.

*There are security cameras in place at the entry points here.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*While the home can sleep up to fourteen people, the maximum occupancy is twelve guests.
*At full occupancy, four guests will sleep in bedroom three, with two on a double bed, one on a single bunk above, and one on a futon. Two guests will sleep on a sleeper sofa in the loft, which is semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
*While we recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay, the home is also on the free Breckenridge shuttle route for easy trips into town and to the slopes. A 4WD vehicle is advised between 1st November and 31st May. There’s parking for up to four cars.
*The main guest must be at least 30 years old.
