A quarter-mile from the Peak 9 base and one block from the shuttle on Broken Lance Drive, this Warrior's Mark apartment puts Breckenridge's slopes well within reach – and keeps the admin light with a heated garage for overnight ski storage. Back inside, the living area's gas fireplace earns its keep after a long day on the mountain, while the kitchen opens into the dining space so no one has to shout across rooms. The private patio with a gas barbecue is a solid reason to eat in rather than head out, and the shared hot tubs and dry rock sauna mean the après-ski doesn't stop there.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* If you're driving up between 1st November and 31st May, an AWD or 4WD vehicle is highly recommended for the mountain roads and conditions around Breckenridge.
* You'll have two parking spaces here – one in the detached garage and one outdoor spot. RVs and trailers aren't permitted.
* The garage is detached rather than directly connected to the condo, so you'll step outside to reach it – worth bearing in mind when unloading ski gear in cold weather. There is a lift in the building to help with the rest.
* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* You'll have access to the on-site hot tub, gym, sauna and more. They're shared with the building's other residents.
