Set in a valley beneath the village of Bratton Fleming in North Devon, and situated beside a trout stream on the edge of Exmoor, Bratton Mill features mature riverside gardens leading out into terrific open countryside, and provides extensive woodland views.

There is also a wood-burning stove in the sitting room; some logs, kindling and matches will be provided in the cooler months to get you started. Further logs can be purchased locally if required.

LocationBratton Fleming is a small village on the edge of Exmoor National Park, set in the lovely Bray valley between Barnstaple and South Molton.
This is a peaceful, well-placed base for exploring both the wild Exmoor moorland and the spectacular North Devon coastline. The village sits on the A399 between Barnstaple (8 miles) and Blackmoor Gate, the crossroads at the heart of Exmoor, making it easy to head in any direction for walking, beaches, or sightseeing.
