Jessie's Place is on top of the hill above Bodiam Castle - a beautiful 14th century castle, one of Britain's most romantic and picturesque which could have come straight out of a fairytale complete with drawbridge and moat.
Steam trains of the Kent and East Sussex Railway from Tenterden and Northiam stop at the recently refurbished Bodiam station so you will be steeped in history and nostalgia here. Situated only five miles from Robertsbridge and just seven miles from Rye the location couldn't be better for great days out, and the village pub - The Castle Inn - is just a short walk down the hill from the cottage annexe for good, home-cooked food if you are feeling too relaxed to cook! Short breaks accepted but can only start on a Friday or a Monday.
