With plenty of space to spread out across the main house, cottage, and converted barn, it’s perfect for sharing a special stay with family or friends. Little ones will love the playroom, treehouse, and resident chickens. And grown-ups can look forward to cosy drinks in the library or lounging on the patio in the South Coast sunshine. Hop in the car to reach West Wittering beach in just five minutes, or head into historic Chichester (fifteen minutes away) to see the cathedral and walk the Roman walls.

*The accommodation here is set over the main house, which has four bedrooms, the barn with one bedroom, and the cottage which has two bedrooms. The main house and cottage each have their own kitchen and living areas, while the barn houses the dining space, gym, and playroom.
*This home can only sleep a maximum of eight adults, plus up to nine children.
*This is a lived-in home. You should expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
