Step out onto the deck and you're surrounded by snow-dusted peaks with a hot tub waiting – this is mountain living at its most rewarding. Set in Big Sky, the cabin is built around a grand great room with soaring wood-lined ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wood-burning fireplace that earns its place after a long day on the slopes. A second living area with a wet bar, multiple fireplaces, and an alfresco dining deck mean there's room to spread out and settle in, whatever the evening calls for.

Home truths:
* Bedroom six has two single-over-double bunk beds, sleeping up to six people in total. This room might be best suited to children.
* There is ongoing construction activity in the Spanish Peaks area. You may encounter some noise or traffic delays during your stay.
* You'll need a car to reach Big Sky Resort and the surrounding shops and restaurants – it's a twenty-five-minute drive from here.
* A starter set of consumables – including soap, paper products, and laundry and dish detergent – is provided on arrival. Once those run out, you'll need to pick up your own supplies locally.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
* The home is spread across three floors, so you'll be moving between levels regularly – whether heading from the main living area to the bunk room or between the two primary suites on separate floors.
