* There is ongoing construction activity in the area that may bring some noise or traffic delays during your stay. If you'd like more detail on current works, your host can fill you in before you arrive.
* There is no air conditioning here, so summer stays will warm up during the day, although the mountain elevation and cool nights offer some relief.
* Bedroom two has a pair of king-over-king bunk beds that might be best suited to children.
* A starter set of essentials – soap, paper products, kitchen and laundry basics – is provided on arrival. Once these run out, you'll need to pick up your own supplies, so if you're staying for a longer stretch, it's worth bringing extras or budgeting a local shop run.
* Parking in the garage is available for one vehicle. If your group is arriving in more than one car, plan for additional vehicles to park elsewhere.
