Step outside onto the deck for the full panorama, or wind down in the cedar sauna and private hot tub. When the group is ready for more, the games room – shuffleboard, pool table, foosball, wet bar – keeps things lively well into the night.

* The lead guest at this home must be at least 21 years old.
* The home is set on a quiet hillside slope in the Cascade neighbourhood – scenic and private, but you'll want a car to reach Big Sky's shops, restaurants, and services. Four-wheel drive is required in the winter. There's a two-car garage plus additional driveway parking.
* This home doesn't have air conditioning, so summer stays can get warm – particularly at midday.
* Bedroom five consists of two single-over-double bunk beds.
* You'll find a starter set of consumables on arrival – soap, paper products, dish and laundry detergent, and similar essentials – but once these run out, restocking is down to you.
