* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on a single sofa bed on the loft mezzanine area. There's limited privacy here.
* You'll have three parking spaces here – two on the driveway and one in a parking bay. Four-wheel drive is required in the winter.
* There is no air conditioning here, so summer stays can warm up during the day. The elevation at Big Sky brings cooler nights, but it's worth packing light layers for the evenings rather than counting on a cool interior during peak summer afternoons.
* Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions and can change during your stay – particularly at the start and end of the season. If reliable slope access is central to your trip, it's worth checking in with your host about current conditions before you arrive.
