For architecture connoisseurs, this is the dream – not only is it surrounded by many important housing developments of the 1980s, but much of the furniture is also custom made by the architect’s office that owns the building. It’s set against the backdrop of lively Kreuzberg, so you’re also in good hands when it comes to great places to eat and drink.
Home truths:
*There’s currently no home manual, you may have to ask for help on how to use the appliances
*When we visited, there was some construction noises coming from a nearby street
*The kitchen is a little smaller than we would have liked – there’s also no oven (just a microwave)
*Guests 3 and 4 would be sleeping on two single sofa beds in the living room
