A traditional Ibicencan finca set within a sweeping private plot in the Benimussa Valley, this villa earns its place through sheer calm and scale. Thick stone walls, original fireplaces in both the living room and farmhouse kitchen, and distant sea views give the interior a grounded, unhurried character. Outside, three tiered levels take you from a shaded patio through gardens of grass and fruit trees down to the pool terrace, with a private gym and outdoor shower tucked into the garden level. Cala Bassa and Cala Conta beaches are both within a seventeen-minute drive.

* This is a rural retreat, so you'll need a car to get around. The nearest restaurant is about a six-minute drive, the closest shop around five minutes away, and the vibrant village of San José is a ten-minute drive – we recommend hiring a car before you arrive.
* For stays of fourteen nights or more, a mid-stay clean and change of sheets is included. For shorter stays, additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost – worth requesting in advance if you'd like it.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* The swimming pool isn't fenced.
