Nestled in Barcelona's lively Gracia district, this apartment boasts a small balcony off the main bedroom with space to sit outside. We think it's a great choice for families as your host can provide a free cot and high chair, and there's a playground nearby. There's not a lot of space to park, but when it comes to exploring the attractions and coastline of Barcelona, you couldn't be more well-placed. Famous spots like the Sagrada Familia and Casa Batlló are within easy walking distance, and there are two metro lines a short walk from your doorstep.

*Not all the bathrooms are photographed, but we expect consistency in style and quality throughout.
*Parking in Barcelona can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport nearby.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair. These must be requested in advance.
*Due to the central location, there is the potential for some outside noise during your stay.
*At least one guest must be above the age of 35.
*There are five steps at the entrance. There is also one step up to the shower indoors.
*While all the beds are doubles, some are slightly more narrow and it might be a tighter squeeze for two guests in one of the beds.
