Description Eixample Afternoon: Barcelona

This apartment is a calm retreat on a residential street in La Dreta de l'Eixample – with an expansive shared terrace that earns its place as the centrepiece of any stay here. The living room opens onto tree-lined balcony views, and there's a cosy dining nook for long, unhurried meals at home – soundtracked by a favourite album on the record player. When you're ready to explore, Passeig de Gràcia is around an eight-minute walk, with Casa Batlló and La Pedrera both reachable in ten minutes on foot – so the highlights are on the doorstep.

Home truths:
* Air conditioning only covers the living room and two of the four bedrooms, so the remaining two bedrooms won't have cooling during warmer months. If you're visiting in summer, it's worth discussing with your host which rooms are air-conditioned before you book.
* This host requires your check-in to be within 3-5 days from when the last booking ends. If you are unsure if your dates will work or need help finding alternatives, please contact our Matchmaking Team.
* This home can't be rented for business travel.
